Jo Brenneman, Office Manager
Jo has been working alongside Rob for the past 17 years. They prefer their hospital to be run as a family business to keep the personal connection with all clients and their pets a priority. Jo received her Bachelor of Science degree from Miami U. of Ohio, then a Bachelor of Education degree from Nipissing U in Ontario, Canada. She has found the field of Veterinary Medicine and the management thereof, to be constantly changing and full of challenges to stay current.
The greatest reward by far, is being able to be there throughout an animal’s life and share the highs and lows, the joys and sorrows together with those owners who have become like family and friends. Our caring team truly desires to treat every animal as if it were their own.
When not at the hospital, Jo and Rob are home loving on their Irish Wolfhounds which own them completely.
Jan Grammer, RVT
Jan’s interest in caring for animals began at an early age, working alongside her father, a large and small animal Veterinarian at his practice in Missouri. Jan graduated from Jefferson College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in 1982 and began her career as a RVT in the state of Missouri.
Jan and her husband, Scott, both enjoy their three dogs and four feline “kids” and can often be found on the weekends attending dog shows with their Cocker Spaniels. Jan’s love for all the pets’ seen at WHAH is evident in her attentive care and thoughtful attitude towards all.
We have been very happy to have Jan on our medical team since the Summer of 2011.

Kiki has been involved with the Anatolian Shephard Rescue and the Great Pyrenees Rescue for over 15 years. She lives on the Westside of Cincinnati with her husband, Mike, and their many “fur children “. When she is not helping dogs in need, Kiki enjoys reading and working with polymer clay. What Kiki enjoys most about working in the veterinary medical field is that everyday is different and brings new learning experiences. We appreciate her bubbly personality and the attention to detail she gives to our clients every day.
Kaitlin Devoto, Veterinary Assistant
